The staff were pleasant and courteous day and night. I had a reasonably spacious room complete with a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. I got a lovely and excellent breakfast with quick meals.

I loved sleeping 7 nights in this hotel. The place was modern and overall clean. Its excellent, central location was a plus. The accommodation was close to a bus station. My room was good-sized with a private bathroom. The cooperative and efficient staff truly made me feel welcome.

Sincerely, it was a perfectly pleasant stay for 2 nights. There were a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room, enjoyed that. This hotel was located in a central area next to the old town as well as the delightful pedestrian streets. I ate in the terrace restaurant nearby.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a pleasant experience. The rooms were decent sized and nicely furnished and equipped with spa bath, a really nice bathroom, as example. The breakfast was lovely and sensational with quick meals, and the team was amiable and kept the space impeccably clean. We enjoyed staying in this hotel!

Nicely furnished twin room with spa bath, a really nice bathroom with a great shower and a huge modern shower.

The room was warm and neat, complete with a huge modern shower, balcony, for example. The location was great and perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Museo Arqueologico. It was a nice quiet area, a perfect place for me.

Perfectly clean room with a view over courtyard. Good food choices for breakfast.

A safe, a mini-bar and central heating in our suite were useful during stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff were reasonably good and best. The location was central, so close to the centre, City Center and the Romeria de Murcia.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, within walking distance of all the major sights and historic downtown. One of the highlights was the excellent service provided by Avantxa in the Cafe/Bar. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a variety of freshly made local gastronomy items. parking was available at a reasonable price.

The decor in the hotel may seem a bit dated, but it does not affect the overall comfort and quality of the stay.

Not in the best area of the city. Too much smoking by guests. No matter where you went it smelled of smoke. Not good directions to get to the hotel. We were lost but got a police escort to find it!

Overall it was nicely furnished and neat with a spacious private bathroom. This hotel was set in a central area next to the Romeria de Murcia, a local music venue in Murcia and the Terrace restaurant.

Overall clean property, amiable and excellent staff. Large unit with a great shower and a very comfy bed. Excellent location for enjoying cafés and a stadium walking distance to the hotel. Really nice restaurant for delightful meal. Great place to stay for a trip to Murcia.

Miserable staff!

The location was good and absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from Museo Gaya. New-fashioned rooms with well enough space, a storage, and a laptop, facilities worked well.
